How do I request a free quote?
Use the booking form on our Book page — select your service, preferred date and time, and submit by email or WhatsApp. We confirm within one working day.
Do you offer emergency plumbing callouts?
Yes. Call us directly on +44 739 798 8696 for emergency plumbing. We aim to respond as quickly as possible for burst pipes, leaks and no-water situations.
Which areas do you cover?
We primarily cover London and the Greater London area, including all boroughs and surrounding areas.
Are your quotes fixed-price?
For most standard jobs we provide a fixed-price quote after assessing the work. For complex installations or large projects, we may issue a detailed estimate.
What happens after I submit a booking request?
We'll review your request and contact you to confirm the appointment slot, discuss the job details and provide a quote where not already given.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Yes, or a responsible adult must be present. For commercial properties, please ensure site access and any relevant contacts are available.
